Airside LGV 2 Driver Cat C Driver - Heathrow Airport, Middlesex
You will be collecting gourmet meals in containers from the food manufacturing plant based in Hounslow and delivering the meals to the aeroplanes at Heathrow Airport. This role will involve loading and unloading of the food containers which are on wheels and liaising with the flight crew. You will be working airside at the airport which means you will need to have a full check-able history for the last five years. This will preferably be within the UK. You must also have a current valid passport and be able to provide proof of NI. You must also hold a UK category C driving licence which will entitle you to drive 18 tonnes lorries. You will be driving a rigid body lorry with hydraulic lifts. Previous experience of driving air-side and reversing lorries up to the aeroplanes is desirable but not essential as full training for this will be provided. The applicant should live within 30 Minutes from Heathrow Airport. The shifts will be based on a 5 days on 2 days off on a rota basis. This is shift work, earliest start time on the early shift will be 4.30am and the latest finish time for the late shift will be 1.00am. Your working month will total 185 hours. I have immediate starts for this role.
