Shift Section Managers – Gatwick - Gatwick, West Sussex
Our client is a leading manufacturer of food, based near Gatwick. We are looking for a number of candidates with relevant shift production experience. Candidates with strong management skills that will slot into a very busy team in an extremely demanding environment. The requirement is for a shift managers to manage the team and deliver business objectives. Section/ shift managers will cover various sections including; • Service delivery • Production • Equipment Processing • Bond management General duties include; Staff management Staff Shift and Rota management/ ensure shift • Performance management • Ensure KPI’s are met Resolve operational issues Recruitment Contract hours are 42 hrs per week
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in dealing with heavy workloads and ‘juggling’ many tasks at once as well as ; 2 years of front line management experience Proven experience of managing within a manufacturing or production process Understanding of budgets and KPI’s Understanding of health and safety, food hygiene
